Hatha. Vinyasa.

Hatha yoga is a traditional approach to practice where you hold each pose for a few breaths and then doing the same pose on the other side. It allows to connect deep with the pose as well as noticing differences between right and left side. A calm yet challenging practice. Pranayama and meditation is part of this class.

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga, where you move on the breath, often flowing through a combination of poses on one side before moving on to the other side. The rhythmic movements create a soothing and challenging practice. Pranayama and meditation is part of this class.
